Our Story
In 2014, Ben Turner was tired of seeing people pay too much for poor-quality phone repairs. Screens that would crack again within weeks. Batteries that barely held a charge. Shops that would keep devices for days with vague promises of "maybe tomorrow."
So he started ScreenFixed with a different approach: use quality parts, charge fair prices, fix things fast, and stand behind the work with a real warranty. The first year was just Ben and a truck, driving around Brisbane fixing phones at people's homes and offices.
Word spread. Customers appreciated honest communication, quality work, and not being treated like they didn't understand technology. Within two years, we outgrew the mobile model and opened our first store in Brisbane CBD. Melbourne followed in 2018, Sydney in 2022.
Today, we've repaired over 40,000 devices across Australia. We've expanded our team to certified technicians in three cities. We've built a mail-in service that covers the entire country. But the core philosophy hasn't changed: do the repair right, treat customers with respect, and stand behind our work.

From a single truck in Brisbane to three locations across Australia
The Beginning
Started as a mobile repair team driving around Brisbane on a truck, fixing phones at customers' homes and offices.
First Store Opens
Opened our Brisbane CBD location after outgrowing the mobile service. Customers loved having a reliable place to get repairs.
Melbourne Expansion
Demand from Victoria led us to open our second location in Melbourne, bringing our quality service to a new city.
Mail-In Service Launch
COVID pushed us to innovate. We built a safe, insured mail-in service so Australians anywhere could access our repairs.
Sydney Location
Opened our third store in Sydney, solidifying our presence across Australia's east coast major cities.

I started ScreenFixed because I was frustrated with how the repair industry treated customers. Vague pricing, long wait times, repairs that barely lasted a few months.
My goal was simple: fix things right, be transparent about what we're doing and why, and stand behind our work with a warranty that actually means something.
A decade later, our team has grown, but that philosophy hasn't changed. Every repair that leaves our shops represents our commitment to doing things the right way.
