Most screen repairs are completed in 30-45 minutes while you wait. Battery replacements typically take 20-30 minutes. More complex repairs like charging port fixes may take 45 minutes to 1 hour. For mail-in repairs, we aim for a 2-3 business day turnaround once we receive your device.
All repairs come with our industry-leading 2-year warranty covering parts and labor. This is significantly longer than the industry standard of 90 days. If any part we replace fails within 2 years, we'll fix it again at no charge. The warranty is valid across all our locations and is even transferable if you sell your device.
Walk-ins are always welcome at our Brisbane CBD location! However, booking an appointment through our online system ensures priority service, minimal wait time, and guaranteed availability. You can book instantly by selecting your device and repair through our repair selector.
We accept all major payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due when you collect your repaired device for in-store repairs, or before we ship back mail-in repairs.
We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. While we take every precaution to protect your data, it's always best practice to have a recent backup. For iPhones, please disable Find My iPhone. For Android devices, please disable Factory Reset Protection if possible. Remove any SIM cards, memory cards, and cases before drop-off.
We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equivalent parts that meet or exceed original specifications. These parts undergo rigorous testing to ensure they match the performance and longevity of original parts. For certain devices and repairs, genuine manufacturer parts are also available upon request.
Our mail-in service is simple: 1) Select your device and repair to get an instant quote, 2) Choose mail-in service and we'll email you a prepaid Australia Post shipping label, 3) Pack your device securely and drop it off at any Australia Post location, 4) We'll diagnose and email you confirmation with photos, 5) Once approved, we complete the repair in 2-3 business days, 6) Your device is shipped back with full insurance coverage.
Our main repair centre is located in Brisbane CBD at Ground Level, 303 Adelaide St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. We're easily accessible by public transport and have nearby parking. We also offer Australia-wide mail-in service if you're not in Brisbane.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they're issued. This gives you plenty of time to decide whether to proceed with the repair. Prices may change after this period due to parts availability or market conditions, but we'll always contact you before proceeding with any work if pricing changes.
