Our Warranty Coverage
Depending on the parts used and the type of repair, your device is covered under one of these warranty tiers
2-Year Warranty
Premium and original parts are covered for a full 2 years, including parts and labour. Our longest and most comprehensive coverage.
12-Month Battery Warranty
All battery replacements and accessories are covered for 12 months against defects and premature failure.
90-Day Labour Warranty
All repair labour is covered for 90 days. If something goes wrong with our workmanship, we'll fix it at no extra cost.
6-Month Aftermarket Warranty
Aftermarket and non-original parts are covered for 6 months on both parts and labour.
What's Covered
Parts, labour, and peace of mind
Our warranty covers defects in the parts we install and the labour we perform. If a part we fitted fails or a repair we completed doesn't hold up under normal use, bring your device back and we'll make it right at no additional cost.

What's Not Covered
Normal wear, accidents, and external damage
Our warranty does not guarantee indefinite device operation. Coverage applies only to Screen Fixed's repair services and does not extend to environmental factors, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid spills)
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Issues unrelated to our repair
- Software issues or manufacturer defects
Warranty by Device History
The condition and history of your device may affect the warranty coverage we can offer
Previously Repaired Devices
Devices previously repaired by another provider receive a full 6-month warranty on parts and labour.
Liquid Damage History
Devices with prior liquid damage receive a 45-day warranty on parts and labour. A $49 inspection fee applies if repair is unsuccessful.
Devices in Poor Condition
Devices in very poor condition may not receive warranty coverage. You'll always be informed before any repair begins.
Customer-Supplied Parts
If you supply your own parts, no warranty is provided on either the parts or the labour involved.
When Warranty Becomes Void
To maintain your warranty coverage, please be aware that the following will void your warranty
Device sustains liquid or physical damage after repair
Device is opened by an unauthorised party or the customer
Physical damage occurs to repaired parts post-service
Damage is caused by the customer or third parties unrelated to the original repair
Parts Sourcing & Authenticity
Quality parts from trusted suppliers
Screen Fixed sources parts from manufacturers and authorised representatives. We vouch for the authenticity of genuine parts obtained from official sources. For aftermarket parts, we select the highest quality options available and clearly communicate the part type before any repair begins.

Rework Policy
We stand behind our work
If you're not satisfied with a repair or a part proves faulty within the warranty period, you can request rework at no additional charge. We'll inspect the device, identify the issue, and either repair or replace the affected parts.
Replacement parts supplied during the warranty period are covered for the unexpired portion of the original warranty. Please note that rework scheduling is subject to parts availability and our repair queue.

Liquid Damage Repairs
30-day warranty
Neither Screen Fixed nor device manufacturers recommend repairs on liquid-damaged devices, as internal corrosion can cause unpredictable issues. We offer these repairs as a best-effort service with a 30-day warranty period.
- $49 inspection fee if repair is unsuccessful
- Manufacturer warranty may be affected
- Option for repair refund (minus $49) if unsatisfied
- Full refund available with device title transfer
Glass-Only Repairs (Fused Screens)
30-day warranty
Glass-only repairs on fused screen assemblies are a specialist service. While we achieve excellent results in most cases, the nature of separating fused glass means minor cosmetic imperfections may occur. Coverage includes button and screen functionality for 30 days.
- Minor visual imperfections may occur (dust, residual glue)
- Glass may be replaced with a similar alternative if exact model unavailable
- Covers button and screen functionality
- No lifting damage warranty provided
